36. Biblioredes


Biblioredes is a Chilean training program on digital literacy.
This program was born in 2002, with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, offering free training in digital content for all citizens.
Biblioredes is present in over 400 public libraries and 18 regional laboratories throughout Chile.
In 2006 the Biblioredes program was recognized worldwide with “Stockholm Challenge”, which is considered the Nobel Prize Internet.
